A fast-growing Brisbane digital marketing agency is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with a small portfolio of consumer-facing brands across outdoor, lifestyle, retail and eCommerce.
This is not a traditional agency role where you are spread thin across dozens of accounts. The model is much more embedded. You will work with a select group of clients as their external digital marketing partner, helping them connect paid media, content, website, CRM and commercial strategy into one joined-up growth plan.
The ideal background is someone who has worked with consumer brands, whether direct-to-consumer, B2B2C, retail, eCommerce, lifestyle products, or high-value consumer lead nurturing where trust, education and conversion over time are critical.
This role needs someone who understands how consumers make buying decisions, not just how to run campaigns. You will need to think about product performance, creative messaging, website conversion, repeat purch...
