Support the digital team in all the daily tasks of e-retail and e-commerce.
Assist in the process of opening e-corners of the brand following image guidelines: evaluation of web environment, product files, etc.
Collaboration in the e-trade plan in both social media and the retailers’ websites.
Support in monthly reports, including the presentation and analysis of sales, campaigns’ performance, customers’ behavior by reference, benchmark of sites, among other KPIs.
Participate in the launch of campaigns across websites, in line with the brand’s launching calendar and activations.
Manage ad-hoc projects and campaigns on social media, affiliation, email, display and other channels.
Support the CRM team in the management of campaigns (direct mailers, tracking, reporting, etc.) and Loyalty program needs (gifts, stock control, etc.).
