Social Media & Content Management

• Manage and execute social media scheduling and postings across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business platforms
• Coordinate with creative agencies and freelancers for content planning, production timelines, and campaign execution
• Manage KOLs, influencers, and content creators for UGC collaborations, product reviews, and campaign activations
• Create in-house content including reels, short videos, event highlights, showroom walkthroughs, staff features, and occasional livestream sessions
• Support social media engagement, community interactions, and brand storytelling aligned with Happie’s wellness positioning
• Monitor social media trends and propose fresh content ideas to improve reach and engagement
