Create marketing materials & support brand strategy execution
Graphic & social media content design (Canva / Adobe)
Short-form video editing (CapCut / Jianying etc.)
Assist with social media planning & content calendar
Support founder on executive tasks & business coordination
Assist with HR-related administration & internal coordination
Manage documents, communication and workflow organization
Requirements
3+ years experience in marketing / creative / EA / operations roles
Portfolio demonstrating design sense & content creation ability
