Develop and implement digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals.Lead online sales initiatives to increase direct bookings, optimize customer journeys, and drive revenue.Plan and manage paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and regular reportsManage content creation, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to showcase the hotel’s unique experiences.Oversee annual online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.Collaborate with Marketing Communication and PR, Sales and F&B teams to align campaigns with promotions and key events.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field.3–5 years’ proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally in luxury hospitality.
