Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead the MEP BIM team across Middle East and India, building a strong team culture through mentoring, coaching and hands-on technical leadership.
- Support resourcing and workload planning to ensure the right capability is available at the right time across projects.
- Coordinate internal MEP stakeholders and maintain visibility of daily priorities, progress and delivery risks.
- Support MEP engineers and BIM teams to deliver coordinated high-quality models and deliverables.
- Own the MEP digital delivery approach on projects including planning, coordination strategy and model exchange routines.
- Ensure MEP teams work in line with the Project BEP / Digital Delivery Plan including modelling, model review, coordination and information exchange.
- Lead MEP coordination using Navisworks and/or Revizto, ensuring issues/clashes are tracked, closed and reported clearly.
