THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Digital Intern (Travel Retail APAC), you play a critical role in supporting ecommerce and social media operations, specifically in the high growth regions of Southeast Asia, Indian sub-continent, and Pacific. You will have hands-on experience in planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns, focusing on the digital amplifications and O2O traffic-driving aspects.
You will be reporting to Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, and you will manage:
Ecommerce and Social Media Operations
Manage and update product listings for new brands and online store openings.
Resolve listing issues (e.g. audit expired visuals) and be key contact to manage requests among global teams, local commercial, and retailers.
Upkeep brand pages and e-boutiques with new and relevant content to enhance engagement online.
