About the role:
The Digital Learning, Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the learning ecosystem, designing and managing the delivery of learning experiences. This role supports the organization's IT platform by creating effective training programs and ensuring they meet the needs of various internal teams.
Curriculum ownership: Maintainand evolve the end-to-end Digital Dexterity curriculum in Bloom and associated toolkits so content is current,coherentand aligned to program outcomes and competency frameworks.
Design & development: Create engaging, discovery-based learning experiences (e-learning, micro-learning, virtual ILT, facilitator guides, hands-on labs,assessmentsand job aids) that work across delivery formats and audiences.
