Key Responsibilities
- Support management of the programme’s participant cohort, including tracking enrolment, participation status, and reward milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of participant onboarding, progress, and engagement.
- Handle and resolve escalated enquiries from participants and clinical partners related to applications, rewards, and programme matters.
- Coordinate logistics for programme recruitment, implementation activities, pilot touchpoints, and follow-ups.
- Provide first-line support and basic troubleshooting for the digital platform.
- Act as a liaison between programme partners and internal stakeholders, triaging and routing enquiries appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain administrative documentation related to the programme.
