Job Description:

• Senior/Principal consulting role sitting at the intersection of platform strategy, client transformation, and end-user experience within the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) space.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into clear digital experience strategies and platform roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise engagements across multiple concurrent workstreams — balancing standard SaaS configuration and bespoke/custom technical delivery simultaneously.
• Advise clients on DXP platform architecture, governance frameworks, content strategy, information architecture, and long-term platform sustainability from day one.
