The Butterfly program was created in April 2025 to drive the transformation of the company into a fully independent, data & AI‑powered organization through innovation, digitalization, and operational excellence. It will enable SAP S/4HANA implementation across the company, a strategic initiative to modernize ERP systems, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
The ERP Transformation Lead for the Butterfly Transformation, reporting to the Butterfly Digital Lead, will be the key driver of this critical initiative. The role involves strategic leadership, managing a skilled team (mix of internal and external teams), and collaborating across departments to ensure the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA throughout global operations.
