- Monitor conversations across social platforms and the web using ORM tools and manual tracking
- Respond to user mentions with brand-aligned communication—on time, every time
- Flag high priority mentions in real-time and assist with crisis mitigation
- Celebrate the good stuff by identifying UGC and shoutouts that deserve a spotlight
- Create basic ORM reports, sentiment summaries, and trend analyses in PPT format
- Coordinate with internal teams to solve user issues or questions promptly
