We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Design Lead to lead digital IC development for cutting-edge Optical Control ICs used in AI datacenter and cloud infrastructure applications.

In this role, you will take ownership of both technical leadership and team/project execution. You will lead a team of digital designers to deliver complex mixed-signal SoCs that enable next‑generation high‑speed optical interconnects for AI and hyperscale datacenters.
