Key Responsibilities - Support the design and implementation of digital CX projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences.
- Optimize digital channels (websites mobile apps and social media) for usability accessibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate new technologies that improve customer experience.
