Collect data for management and analysis of cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration and procurement. (Individual Scopes follows below) Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
Develop comprehensive and strategic cost estimates for tenders and projects, taking into account project specifications, current market rates, and labor costs.
