Responsibilities

• Support the team in the development, deployment, configuration and maintenance of IT compliance applications (products) and updates.
• Maintain solutions and associated infrastructure in operational condition in line with SLAs, security constraints and other PSLs.
• Ensure IT change requests are delivered in accordance with stakeholder requirements and continue to meet or exceed expectations.
• Communicate improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the Product Manager.
• Follow and supervise incident, problem, change, configuration and event management processes.
• Supervise system backup processing and lead disaster recovery tests.
