Role Overview
The Digital Business Analyst (DBA) drives the end-to-end delivery of digital projects by analysing business needs, shaping solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes. The role requires strong ownership, the ability to operate in ambiguous environments, and alignment of project delivery to programme and organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Problem Structuring:
- Elicit, analyse, and validate business needs with stakeholders
- Frame problem statements and translate them into solution requirements
- Develop user stories, functional specifications, and process designs
- Use data and stakeholder inputs to generate insights and recommendations Project Delivery & Solutioning:
