Position Overview

We are looking for a Digital and Operations Lead to work within our Marketing Department at our business centre in Castleford.
About the role
The role will involve optimising brand awareness & trial, the online UX and customer targeting to deliver lead gen & Ecommerce sales targets.
On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:
Identify new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Work in tandem with the marketing comm’s team and wider marketing team.
Manage and develop our website.
Optimise the potential from our social media presence, including defining correct channels.
We are looking for somebody with 5 years + digital marketing experience and at least 3 years of people management experience. Here are the other skills we are looking for:
Experience of marketing automation & CRM and lead nurture (Hubspot experience an advantage).
