About the Role We are looking for a customer-focused
Digital Ambassador
to enhance the banking experience by guiding customers toward digital banking solutions. This is a client-facing role ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and passionate about delivering excellent service while promoting digital adoption.
Key Responsibilities Customer Assistance Assist customers with general banking inquiries, products, and services Guide customers on using digital banking platforms (mobile app, online banking, ATMs) Troubleshoot digital issues and escalate when necessary Digital Adoption & Education Educate customers on digital banking and cashless payment solutions Support onboarding and setup of digital platforms Encourage usage of self-service banking tools Product Knowledge Stay updated on latest banking products and digital features Recommend suitable digital solutions based on customer needs Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge Customer Relationship Management Build str...
