Define and execute a digital adoption roadmap aligned with business goals and platform engineering strategy.Lead the rollout of digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and in-app guidance tools to improve onboarding, proficiency, and engagement Partner with product owners and engineering teams to embed adoption metrics into platform KPIs.
