This role focuses on increasing the use of digital patient tools by providing direct support and training to frontline staff. You will work closely with operational leaders and the Digital Adoption Team to integrate these tools into daily workflows and boost patient engagement. Your primary function will be to act as an on-site expert, offering real-time guidance and identifying opportunities for adoption improvement.
