We’re working with a growing B2B agency looking to strengthen its digital offering with the hire of a strong Account Director with a digital bias. This is a client services role rather than a hands‑on activation position, although practical experience across paid media would be highly valued. The key requirement is someone who can confidently lead digital conversations with clients, shape strategy, challenge briefs constructively and oversee the delivery of complex digital campaigns across multiple channels. For the right person, there is also a genuine long‑term opportunity to grow into a future Head of Digital position.
