Salary Range: $32.00 To $42.00 Hourly


To facilitate nutritional care monitoring in a collaborative effort with representatives from interdisciplinary teams on all patient/resident care units.

To facilitate the development, maintenance, and standardization of approaches to nutritional care. To coordinate and conduct a nutritional care service which meets patient's/resident's needs for special diets and accommodates altered diet schedules.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Demonstrates the knowledge of proper identification and reporting medical/health care errors. Protects the patient/resident in the event of a medical health care error and as appropriate, assists in medical/health care error resolution.
