**Description**
Under the supervision of the Manager Clinical Nutrition PHC, the Dietitian serves as a vital member of the health care team. In doing so, performs the nutritional assessment, nutrition care plan, ongoing monitoring, reassessment, and nutrition education for patients of all ages, where the need has been identified.
