Position Overview
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of your job position is to beresponsible for performing setup of products, stocking and restocking, makingnourishment's, reading production sheets, cleaning, dating, labeling, rotating,replenishing water on the units, stocking the units in the Dietary Department. Responsibilities:
• Perform defined work routines,using various utensils, supplies and equipment as assigned by the DietarySupervisor.
• Meetscheduled meal and snack times.
• Labels,dates and rotates food properly.
• Follow cleaning schedules andperform cleaning duties as scheduled, along with signing off on the dialingcleaning log.
• Worksthe line during meals times.
• Deliversfood to the units if items are requested.
• Assistin arranging tray cards, loading food carts, and serving meals.
