We have an exciting Per Diem (up to 21 hour per week) opportunity for a Dietary Aide (DA). The position shall assist the Program Coordinator and our Part Time DA with the day-to-day food services while ensuring regulatory compliance. 

The rate is $20 per hour. The exact schedule is TBD but always between 8 am & 12 pm Monday - Friday. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Monitor temperature of foods to assure safe serving practices of hot and cold foods, and document in food log prior to serving.

+ Check and document refrigerator and freezer temperatures daily.  Calibrate the thermometer used to check food temperatures weekly.
