We’re hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Associates at a senior living community in Ashburn where dining is about more than food—it’s about care, consistency, and connection.

This is not restaurant chaos. It’s a structured, team‑based role serving the same residents each day in a calm, supportive environment.

Responsible for the overall efficiency of the dining room and pantry; assists with preparation, stocking, serving and post meal clean up of meals and snacks to ensure adequate nutritional intake for all residents. You’ll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience.

What we offer
