The Diet Technician Lead is responsible for oversight of employees in the Diet Office. Assures food and diet office operations align with established policies and procedures of LLUMC-Murrieta and regulatory standards. Assists with overseeing all aspects of Diet Office functions and responsibilities to include mentoring and training of Diet Office staff, implementation of assigned improvement activities, monitoring the accuracy, quality and temperature of foods on tray line, as well as complying with Food & Nutritional Services sanitation and safety procedures.
