Welcome to Love's! Our Tire Care Support department is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Support Coordinator to assist with diagnosing roadside breakdowns and recommending effective repair solutions. This position **_acts as a mechanic support hotline_** to our diesel mechanics across the country. Additionally, this role provides support to our dispatchers when needed. This position is in a fast-paced, high service environment where business is conducted with integrity and in a positive, respectful, and timely manner.

**Job Functions:**

+ Receive in-bound calls to troubleshoot mechanical problems to determine recommended repair solutions
+ Assist fleet customers regarding concerns with work currently or previously done to equipment
+ Work with 3rd part vendors to insure quality work is done in a timely manner.
