Position Overview
Take the lead in a senior-level diesel technician role where your experience is trusted, and your skills are put to work on complex diagnostics and repairs. As a Fleet Technician, you’ll handle advanced mechanical issues independently, support shop operations, and help guide junior technicians—all while keeping a critical fleet safe and road-ready.
**Pay & Perks**
+ **$36.07/hr** (per union agreement)
+ **$5,000** sign-on bonus (paid at $1667 intervals after 60, 120, and 240 days)
+ **$3,000** referral bonus (paid after 30 days of satisfactory performance)
+ $300 annual tool allowance

**Schedule**
+ First shift: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm
+ Second shift: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
