JOB FUNCTIONS:
Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Experienced in duties of qualified Sheet Fed Cutting Operator, including make readies and operation.Experienced on cutting machinery similar or same as Sheet fed cutting equipment such as: Bobst 162 CER, Bobst 1600 ER, Bobst 103, and Bobst 126-BMAVerify proper job before feeding the press.Proper press maintenance and lubricationProvide daily quality checklist when inspecting pallets after cutting.Perform make ready and preventive maintenance activities.Able to run job with embossing inline.Keeps daily time and materials usage reports and records information in PEAK.Disassembles machines to perform minor repairs or replace broken or worn parts, using hand tools.May perform hand packing as needed.Other duties as assigned.
