Responsibilities 崗位職責
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee and other beverages. 調製高品質意式咖啡及其他飲品。
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment. 操作及保養咖啡機、磨豆機及沖煮設備。
Ensure consistency in coffee quality, extraction, and latte art. 確保咖啡品質、萃取及拉花的一致性。
Manage coffee bean inventory and daily opening/closing duties. 管理咖啡豆庫存及日常開舖/收舖工作。
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers. 提供友善高效的顧客服務。
