Dialysis Vascular Access Program Coordinator (RN license required) - 20 hours per week

Overview:

Massachusetts General Hospital Dialysis Vascular Program is a multidisciplinary program that includes Nephrology, Interventional Radiology, and Transplant Surgery. The goal of this program is to facilitate access care in patients with chronic kidney disease. The Dialysis Vascular Access Program Coordinator serves as patient liaison and coordinate patients’ access care among the Interventional Nephrology Center, dialysis facilities, nephrologists, nurse practitioners and surgeon on all aspects of vascular access related issues. As the central contact for ensuring smooth flow of patients’ care, the coordinator will ensure the quality and safety of patient’s access needs.
