Role Summary:

The Dietician at GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center plays a key role in providing evidence-based nutritional care to patients with diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome and other lifestyle-related conditions. The role emphasizes a patient-centered approach integrating clinical nutrition therapy, technology-driven monitoring and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal metabolic outcomes and long-term health improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Assessment & Nutritional Care:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments including dietary history, anthropometric measurements and analysis of clinical and biochemical data.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans aligned with patients' medical conditions, treatment goals and lifestyle.
