Responsibilities:
Maintain DGS CoC facilities and equipment, make recommendations as & when required.Assisting service manager for DGS CoC efficient operations and speedy delivery of DGS.Make recommendations for additional resources including personnel and equipment, and training needs of personnel.Co-ordination of smooth running of the DGS CoC with service staff.Assist sales dept. in troubleshooting jobs; carry out important installation jobs at sites.Where applicable, make RCA reports of DGS Seals.Provide technical support to sales regarding technical presentations, training seminars for customers and staff.Maintain various on-going service contracts.Closely work with EB-Service Engineering department for finalizing RCA of DGS failures, Test cells & Faster Repair.Co-ordinate with customers, vendors & sales department for...
