Job Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Ensure effective implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization.
- Coordinate employee services and benefits, including medical insurance and employee discount programs.
- Plan and organize employee engagement, wellness, and happiness initiatives.
- Support employee relations and address inquiries related to HR policies and services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and employee communications as required.
