Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

Maintain 99.9% uptime for production systems and 99.5% availability for CI/CD pipelines.

Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) with best practices in automation, monitoring, and scaling.

Ensure 99.9% backup success rate and disaster recovery readiness.

DevOps & CI/CD

Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines with a 98% deployment success rate .

Target lead time of 2 business days for standard deployments.

Monitor and reduce change failure rate (<5%) .

Reduce MTTR to <2 hours (P0) and <4 hours (P1) .
