DevOps Engineer (Oracle HCM)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle HCM DevOps Engineer to join our CHRIS (Cross Divisional HR Information System) development team. CHRIS is an Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management cloud solution enabling DHL to organize staff and develop the global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of how HR processes and Oracle Fusion HCM Core system work.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM Core to meet specific business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide functional and technical expertise.
• Utilize Jira to track and manage Change Requests progress.
• Provide technical guidance to support team members, sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement.
