• Provide third line technical application support for internal and external users
• Coordinate the investigation and estimation of business change requests to existing or new Freeview Play Services
• Ensure all product enhancement requests and open support issues are prioritized and addressed
• Establish and maintain a deep and up to date knowledge of each application, working with business unit end users to understand needs
• Maintain a central repository of test collateral for each application, ensuring projects deliver new test scripts (e.g. Business Process Tests, System Tests, Unit Tests and Performance Tests) in a standard and comprehensive format
