Development Underwriter – Commercial Combined

IPS Group is working with a well-established insurer to recruit an experienced Development Underwriter to support growth across the Yorkshire region, with a focus on Commercial Combined SME risks.
This is a key hire within a regional trading team, offering the opportunity to play a visible role in driving new business and strengthening broker relationships across a growing portfolio.

The role combines underwriting with relationship management. You will build and develop broker partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and take a proactive, trading-led approach to win and grow accounts.
