Main job function Managing conveyancing files from inception through to registration and finalisation, ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and within required timelines. Attending to development transfers, and individual/conventional transfer matters in accordance with firm and banking requirements. Preparing, drafting, and reviewing conveyancing documentation, including transfer documents, bond documents, guarantees, and supporting correspondence. Liaising professionally with clients, banks, estate agents, developers, municipalities, body corporates, attorneys, and the Deeds Office regarding the progress and requirements of transactions. Ensuring full compliance with FICA requirements, including the collection, verification, and maintenance of all required client documentation.
