(What the role is) The Growth Enterprise Development (GED) division in Enterprise Singapore is responsible for strategies and programmes to intensify the Government's efforts in developing a strong core of Singapore Global Enterprises (SGEs) that will serve as a pillar of growth for the Singapore economy, thereby creating good job opportunities for Singaporeans. The division collaborates with EnterpriseSG's business units to identify promising growth-stage enterprises and develops value creation strategies and initiatives to accelerate the growth of these companies.
The Scale-Up team in GED is responsible for the conceptualisation and execution of Scale-Up, EnterpriseSG's flagship programme to help aspiring, high growth companies accelerate their growth and become global champions.
