What the role is:

The Growth Enterprise Development (GED) division in Enterprise Singapore is responsible for strategies and programmes to intensify the Government’s efforts in developing a strong core of Singapore Global Enterprises (SGEs) that will serve as a pillar of growth for the Singapore economy, thereby creating good job opportunities for Singaporeans. The division collaborates with EnterpriseSG’s business units to identify promising growth‑stage enterprises and develops value creation strategies and initiatives to accelerate the growth of these companies.

The Scale‑Up team in GED is responsible for the conceptualisation and execution of Scale‑Up, EnterpriseSG’s flagship programme to help aspiring, high‑growth companies accelerate their growth and become global champions.
