Responsible for both the execution of development projects and leadership of project teams
Coordinate and oversee architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the development process.
Review the overall project budget and provide guidance on cost and schedule assumptions for accurate underwriting
Provide oversight for the completion of site acquisition checklists, risk assessments, etc and report to Company executive team in support of acquisition efforts
Review project close-out and turnover documentation generation and ensure compliance with lender, tenant, and prospective purchaser requirements
Provide oversight for permits and close-out documents
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
Pre construction/estimating experience is required
