Overview:

The Development Manager is directly involved in building our master planned communities, where we consider all the factors that contribute to an amazing quality of life for residents. We focus on design principles that create a growing community and promote a healthy lifestyle for everyone.

In this role, you will be responsible for the land development process, including production planning, detailed design and management, engineering regulatory approvals, and construction oversight.
