This is a project with outstanding fundamentals: cleared farmland, excellent wind resource, flat and highly constructable terrain, and strong grid capacity in one of the state's highest-demand regions. Ecological surveys are complete, early contractor input is shaping the design, and it's tracking toward DA — with one of the lowest LCOEs in the state.
