The Development Intern will support the Development team in planning, design coordination, and execution of real estate development projects and will gain exposure to architectural planning, consultant coordination, and development processes across mixed‑use and destination projects.

• Support the Development team with project coordination activities
• Assist in reviewing architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations
• Conduct research on design trends, benchmark projects, and market insights
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
