Temporary Contract – Immediate Start PreferredAn opportunity has arisen in Development Control to support a busy Development Approvals function in a large County Council. There is significantly increased workload and this role is ideally suited to an experienced technical reviewer with a background in highways planning approvals and development control.The team is currently experiencing a surge in detailed design submissions for new adoptable highway infrastructure. These designs are brought forward by developers seeking agreements under Section Thirty Eight and Section Two Seventy Eight of the Highways Act. Due to the high volume of applications, turnaround times have been impacted, and additional specialist support is urgently required.
