Job Description
 :Work with various teams across projects to define and drive the development end to end
Build solutions to define system specification
Design and develop solutions that protect and manage policy administration system
Share and review your innovation technical ideas with peers, high level technical contributors, and managers
Required Skills & Experience (Must Have):
Minimum 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in system specification development
Experience working in Life Insurance is needed
Experience of working for policy administration system
Bilingual capabilities in business environment in Japanese and English (High business level needed)
Experience of supporting technical teams size of 4-6
Experience of interacting with business users and counterpart across markets/region/global
