Position Overview

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced onshore Senior Application Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, Starburst, and MicroStrategy (MSTR) to lead delivery of operational and Treasury reporting capabilities across the GTS Corporate Payments landscape.
This role requires technical leadership, strong hands‑on engineering capability, and the ability to guide offshore developers while partnering closely with onshore product, operations, and data teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead design, development, and enhancement of Oracle SQL/PLSQL components, performance‑critical queries, and Treasury reporting pipelines. 
Drive reporting architecture, data modelling, and integration patterns using Starburst and MSTR. 
Provide technical direction and mentorship to offshore developers; own code quality, design reviews, and solution integrity.
